  • Let’s save and restore our forests before it’s too late. More Arts and Science JOBS within Forestry Inspired Industries … Smarter tourist experiences within the Hills.

Environmental change … forests grow and mature, rivers run and meander to the sea. Forests have existed in and around Perth waters for thousands of years. In the last 200 years man has managed to literally exterminate our local plants and animals, poison our land and contaminate our water sources … severely changing the natural environment for short term profit and human greed.

If I take your food, your shelter and your safety and supply concrete and poison in exchange you will die. It’s that simple; every year we encroach more closely upon the natural environs, surroundings that we all love. At this point in time, what is left of our forest needs to be protected from human greed. In the long run by keeping clean air and water and protecting the environment we are in fact defending our own existence for without these things our children will follow other species into extinction.

The positive side of smart eco-tourism, scientific research, education and the arts is the saving of our environment while encouraging a new generation of eco-savvy workers living within our City. Surely, this objective cannot be overlooked further by councillors who appear at present more interested in party politics than hard work.
